Campus & Facilities
Set on a 42-acre master plan at Veerapanchan, Karuppayurani, the Lakshmi School campus was designed from the ground up for children to learn, play, explore and grow — with room to breathe and space to be curious.
Facilities
From airy classrooms and Smart Boards to two libraries, a grand auditorium and open sports fields, the campus brings together the spaces that make learning at Lakshmi joyful, hands-on and deeply human.
Each classroom is about 800 sq.ft of bright, well-ventilated space. In the early years, classes are kept smaller and run on a dual-teacher system, so every child gets attention.
48 classrooms are equipped with Smart Boards and Extramarks digital content — introduced back in 2008–09 — bringing lessons to life through rich visual learning.
A Junior Library of 12,000 books and a Senior Library of 20,000 books give readers of every age a home — with a dedicated browsing hub to explore and discover.
A large auditorium seats 1,500 and is fitted with an Electro-Voice sound system — the stage for assemblies, performances and every big Lakshmi moment.
Edusports-led physical training runs from LKG to Class III, with match-based activities for Classes IV–V and seven trainers on the field. Older students take on cross-country runs of 3–5 km.
For Classes VI and above, day boarding provides morning snacks, soup and nutritious midday meals — so children stay energised through a full, active day.
Outward Bound overnight camps for Classes IV–VIII, value camps for Class IX, and trekking and IAYP expeditions into the Palani Hills and Kodaikanal build grit and independence.
